FITBOD & Co. will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products and any additional packing, handling or shipping costs. All risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance before using the product.

The delivery time for Australian destinations is between 3-10 working days depending on where the destination is and the requirements involved.
Please note, our courier system shipping periods are between Monday – Friday. Orders received over the weekends will be dispatched on a Monday.
We ship within Australia through our third party supplier, National Product Fulfillment (NPF). Shipping charges vary depending on the products ordered and the destination. Shipping charges can be calculated on the shopping cart page once a product is added to your cart.
NPF are our trust worthy distribution and shipping company, however do not accept responsibility for any losses or damage during transit. If your parcel goes missing, we will do everything we can to locate it for you. If your scrub goes unclaimed, it will be returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges if they wish for the parcel to be resent. An itemised Tax Invoice is included in each shipment. All prices quoted are GST inclusive.

Our precious packets are packed with care by our courier system and we do not accept responsibility for any damage caused during transit.
Refunds cannot be granted due to a ‘change of mind’. Please ensure accurate shipping details are entered; incorrect entry of shipping address cannot be adjusted once an order is processed.
In the case of non-delivery, please allow 15 days from the date of purchase in case of delay by the postal system.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened products.

If you choose to pay for a service or product using the secure credit card payment facility available at this site you will be asked to provide your credit card details, your name, a shipping address and your email address. Our online ordering system accepts most major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through our partner eWAY. What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is the easiest way to get your FITBOD & Co. product NOW and pay later. Payments are made through four instalments every fortnight over 60 days.Once approved – your order is processed and delivered straight away! You can use Afterpay for all orders up to $800 and there is NO interest or added fees. For full terms and conditions, please click here.
The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at the time of order. For first time Afterpay customers, the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Existing Afterpay customers’ first payment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase. Should you need to return your items, and your items are faulty, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we can cancel the payment plan.
Please note, when you order with Afterpay you will need 25% of the order total in your account when you make an application. If you do not have the funds in your account Afterpay will decline this order. You do not need to register before using Afterpay. Simply select Afterpay during the Payment Methods section of the checkout and process your first order as a new customer for instant approval.
